Welcome to the Millard Airsoft Organization's (MAO) Official Website
The Millard Airsoft Organization was founded July 12, 2007 by Tyler Porter, Commander of MAO. MAO was created for local purposes and now attempts to host events once every few weeks. Each event holds about 8 - 12 people, with guns ranging from Low Powered Springers (LPS) to High Powered Electrics (HPEG), so all players are welcome. We do have a good deal of rules and regulations, so before considering joining, please read up on our rules, members, ranks, and more, so that you may know that MAO is the right place for you. If you need more information, or would like to contact us, please message us through myspace (www.myspace.com/millardairsoft) or email us at Millardairsoft@aol.com. Feel free to browse the site. We will have game listings as far in advance as possible, and will also list games hosted by the administrators at Airsoft Nebraska (www.airsoftnebraska.com). Thanks!

What is Airsoft?
Airsoft guns are much like watered-down BB guns with plastic BB's weighing in at 0.12 of a gram to 0.28 of a gram. The velocity is also greatly reduced, allowing you to shoot, and not seriously injure or kill, another live target. A hit by one of these pellets would feel much a like a small pinch. To some, airsoft is just a branch off of paintball, but many believe it actually has more of a role-playing aspect to it, and is cherished for its amazing realism. So give it try, contact us, and join in on the fun!
